Life is a journey and not a destination . Enjoy the journey
\nand keep focussed on<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

your target . When you have a target ,  life becomes meaningful and keeps your driving
\nthrough daily hurdles of life . Your daily problems will look insignificant and
\nvery small if you have a larger vision in your life .<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Motivation can take you far, but it can take you even further
\nif you first find your vision. Your vision will motivate and guide you on your
\njourney to success and personal fulfilment. Focused beam of light does wonders
\nlike laser beam and same scattered light is of little use .Trying to succeed at
\nanything without first having a clear vision of what it is you want to
\naccomplish will only lead to you going around in circles and eventually giving
\nup in frustration.<\/span><\/p>\n

To develop your vision, you must look inside yourself. Vision comes from
\nwithin, from the spirit or subconscious, whatever you choose to call it. Every
\none has a vision that is uniquely their own, and you are no different. The hard
\npart comes in understanding your personal vision and how it applies to your
\npersonal motivation plan.<\/p>\n

Your vision will most likely not come suddenly like some bolt of lightning out
\nof the sky. Instead, it will grow from your experiences, talents, dreams, and
\ndesires, so don\u2019t try to rush it. Instead, keep your motivation and allow your
\nvision to reveal itself through you.<\/p>\n

Here are five steps you can use to effectively find your vision:<\/p>\n

1. Always follow your heart and your hard work will become music of life . Learn
\nto listen to your inner voice. Since your vision starts from inside you, you
\nshould learn to listen and feel what your mind and heart truly desire. What
\nstirs you? What is your greatest desire? What kind of dreams do you have? If
\nwhat you think you want does not really come from the inner depths of your
\nheart and soul, then you will find it difficult, if not impossible, to not give
\nup before you achieve it.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n2. Prepare yourself mentally. Your vision begins in your mind and heart. It is
\nsomething that burns within your soul. it should be greater than your all of
\nyour past memories, mistakes, and accomplishments. If you know what your vision
\nis, you will have a purpose and won\u2019t get lost on your journey. Discouragement
\nis the outcome of not having a distinct vision. If you don\u2019t know where you\u2019re
\ngoing or how to get there, the journey will seem a lot<\/p>\n

longer and harder.<\/p>\n

In order to seek your vision, retreat to a quiet and tranquil place, a place
\nthat will allow your mind to think creatively and concentrate on your vision.<\/p>\n

3. Seek out other motivated vision seekers. Greatness breeds greatness, and it
\nis for this reason that you should seek out the company of others who can
\nappreciate and support your vision. Hang with the winners and it will keep your
\nmotivation high.<\/p>\n

4. Keep a notebook and pen handy. All too often, when seeking a vision, it is
\neasy to forget that it is 90 percent inspiration, as American inventor Thomas
\nEdison said. With that in mind, you never know when your vision is going to
\ncome to fruition, so keep a small notebook with you at all times, even on your
\nnightstand when you sleep, and write down whatever comes to mind, no matter how
\nsilly it seems at the time. You may write down a hundred crazy ideas but number
\none hundred and one just might be the vision you were searching for. Don\u2019t try
\nto edit right now, just write down everything that comes to mind.<\/p>\n

5. Don\u2019t try to fully understand your vision. Enjoy the journey and will get
\nthe importance of final destination slowly .The vision you are seeking will
\nmost likely come to you in ways that you won\u2019t fully understand at the moment.
\nThat\u2019s okay. Just follow as much of your vision as you can right now, and more
\nwill be revealed to you as time goes on.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\nof success is different for everyone .
All truly successful people have a vision that they follow, no matter what
\nchallenges they may face, to it\u2019s eventual outcome. Begin following the above
\nsteps to seek your vision today and remember that true, lasting success will
\nnever come to you until you know what your vision is and how you will follow
\nit. And you will be unstoppable if you combine your personal vision with a
\nhealthy dose of motivation. Stay positive and motivated and you will find that<\/span><\/p>\n
