\nsatisfaction is defined as the extent to which an employee feels
\nself-motivated, content & satisfied with his job. Job satisfaction happens
\nwhen an employee feels he or she is having job stability, career growth and a

\nmay be in a job which you liked very much and started in it . But after five
\nyear you find yourself as a very unhappy person . Struck in a situation where
\nyou are just struggling to move out of it .<\/span><\/p>\n

\nis a fact that your dream job is waiting on you, so don\u2019t continue in a
\nmiserable job, boring or basically unsatisfying, even questionable for basic
\nsurvival. Your time is NOW to get out!<\/span><\/p>\n

\n& fulfillment is your aim, not being in a \u201cmake do\u201d position for an
\nextended period!<\/span><\/p>\n

When
\npeople think of dream jobs, all often, they think of the jobs that they thought
\nabout when they were children.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

As a
\nchild, you probably thought about being a doctor or a lawyer, a nurse, even an
\nastronaut when you finished college. Truth is few of us kept the objective in
\nmind for those jobs & gave up; in other words, you felt you were settling.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\nthe disappointment they felt from learning that they couldn\u2019t do the jobs that
