Difficulties in Life

Difficulties in your life do not come to destroy you, but to help you to
realize your hidden potential and power . Let difficulties know that you too
are difficult . – Dr A P J Abdul Kalam .

In the journey of life, a person always has to carry a bag of
difficulties together. This is the law of nature and no one can change it.
Difficulties are the cornerstone of life, without difficulties human life
cannot be built.

But the man never thinks about these problems and should not think too.

Because if a person always keeps thinking about the difficulties then it
will be no fun to live life. And perhaps God has also given us the power to
forget the difficulties, it means that we can live life easily even though it
is difficult.

Now the person has to walk with the bag of that difficulty in the
journey of life. Now man has two ways, first, he carries this bag in the
journey of life happily, or should remain buried under the burden of this bag.

Life is full of problems, but how
we approach those problems often determines whether we’re happy or miserable.
“Problems are opportunities in disguise.” If we approach problems
with this attitude, we see that problems are really opportunities to learn
about others and ourselves. They enable us to live happier and more fulfilling
lives.

The Indian Grihasthi model is a
great foundation where family members play their roles as a team which means
‘together everyone achieves more’. Under forced circumstances, the five
attributes of family bonding- commitment, care, concerns, communication and
connectedness have received more strength and contemporary lockdown situation
has once again highlighted the importance of such bonding. People do synergize
through healthy social interactions. During the lockdown, families are blessed
with both and it has scripted more positive manifestation of care and share.

Four Step method to overcome challenges in life :

1.    Accept and Let Go: Accept where you are now and
what you have. This is your life, at
this time. While it’s temporary, accepting it will help you to let go of
stress, anxiety, and     fear. Meditation is one of the
best ways to learn and practice acceptance.

2.    Observe and Decide: When you face a particular
challenge, take a step away from your     feelings to make
a plan. While it’s important to still feel your feelings, when
deciding             how to
act, you want to be objective as possible.

3.    Face Fears and Act: Taking action is one of the
biggest steps in overcoming challenges.  It’s likely that a big part
of whatever you’re facing feels like a challenge because you have an
underlying fear. Try to recognize and define what you fear in the
situation. Then, you can act to mitigate that fear.

4.   Practice Gratitude: Ultimately, we tend to exist in our
comfort zones. So, when  something new happens or is presented, we
may feel like it’s hard to deal with. By practicing gratitude, you can
reframe your definition of a challenge. You will also be more happy overall
in your present moment.

Learning how to deal with challenges takes time,
persistence, and a positive attitude. No matter your life situation, the hard
times will happen. But, with the right mindset and practice, you will be able
to overcome them every time and grow in the process! My best wishes !
